About Western Building Services, Inc. - HVAC Building Automation Services, Energy Management Solutions and Control Systems Integration

Western Building Services (WBS) was founded in 1980 as a staffed
24 hour central station for energy and control monitoring. It has grown
to be the premier provider of HVAC, refrigeration, facility automation
systems and mechanical service serving the entire Front Range area.

WBS currently has 18 service vehicles and 17 service technicians.
All service technicians are CFC certified. In addition we are 409-A
certified, steam and hot water class A licensed. Refrigeration class A
licensed, HVAC class A licensed, Joy fan certified. All of our
technicians are required to complete a minimum of 30 hours additional
training per year.

Since its inception, WBS has provided 24 hour per day 365 days
per year monitoring service. The System Support Center (SSC) is manned to receive and respond to alarms as our customers direct.
The SSC is also responsible for software and data archiving,
one on one customer assistance and system software reloads.
After 27 years WBS SSC remains to be the only 24/7/365 staffed
HVAC monitoring center in Colorado.

As WBS grows, we add new products and services in order to provide
complete solutions for our expanding customer base. Our current
product offerings include temperature controls, systems integration,
security access systems, HVAC service, mechanical retrofit and
refrigeration. WBS serves commercial buildings, high rise office
buildings, industrial sites, school districts, medical facilities, retail
stores, convenience marts and more.

This commitment has fostered successful long-term relationships with our customers. We seamlessly expand, upgrade and integrate
systems, going back to our earliest installations. We began providing
automation solutions with Andover Controls in 1984, then added
Controls Systems International in 1993. Honeywell chose us as an
Automation Controls Integrator in 1998. With the acquisition of CSI by
TAC, we brought that line in-house. Our latest system technology
partner is Lynxspring who provides Tridium and Niagara solutions.
We provide a variety of WEB based, LonWorks and BACnet
solutions for our customers.
