For your consideration, we offer three standard service and
maintenance plans. If one of these doesn't fit, we will be glad to
custom tailor a plan for you. Unlike other service companies, we
provide flexible options so you can decide what's best for your

WBSI Systems Training:
Are the classes offered at WBSI free?
Yes, the courses are included at all levels of our service programs and
as a feature of the original installation warranty.
Classroom-based training in the operation, programming and
application of Building Automation Systems products are offered
on-site, and in the WBSI Learning Center.
How often are classes held in the Learning Center at WBSI?
Classes are usually 2 to 3 days in duration held once or twice per
month. A calendar with specific dates and information can be found on
the Training page of WBSI website.

Modernization and Retrofit:
Our facility is equipped with an older building system. Can
WBSI update our building with a new system that is energy efficient and cost effective?
Yes, Western Building Services' staff will help you determine the best
plan for refitting you older building system with the latest equipment for
maximum energy efficiency and cost-effectiveness. In most cases,
the resulting savings will pay for your investment in new technologies.
