Database Management
~Monthly save and archiving of all remotely accessible controller
databases for backup purposes.
~Includes reload of controller databases (as required) in the event of
program loss or system problems.
~This assumes WBSI is in possession of the applicable
core databases.
Alarm Management
~System check-in on a daily basis to verify remote communciation and system integrity.
~On line support as required to assist in resolving software related problems.
~Assistance in making software changes as requested for like items such as time scheduling, holiday scheduling, setpoints, overrides, etc.
~Assisting as requested in software changes to enhance or correct system deficiencies.
~Provide phone support in setting up on-site host computer for local collection of historical information.
~Archive the site's graphic files as originally installed. Will maintain updates to graphical library as done by WBSI and/or as supplied by customer.
~Excludes controllers where remote access and configuration is not possible.
~Excludes Access systems personnel database backup and editing.
~Reports summarizing all system activities are available on request or regularly as required. Internet access to these reports coming soon!
Extended Warranty Package
EMS Controllers and Primary System Front End
~Extends warranty on the EMS system controllers.
~Extends warranty on the primary PC and Printer as originally supplied. Not included are damagaes due to viruses or other software and/or hardware installed by others.
~Includes all labor and material for repair or replacement of the covered equipment.
~Immediate response to emergencies via modem and four hour response if on-sit visit is required.
Field Devices
~Extends warranty on all system components as coverec under EMS Controllers and Primary Front End and includes sensors, transducers, relays, transformers and all like items*.
~Excludes dampers, valves, actuators, variable frequesncy drives, wiring and all like items.
Enhanced Services
On Site Service
~Includes a scheduled number of hours to be spent on the job site on a
monthly basis. These services can include such items as...
-Graphics maintenance
-Software commissioning / recommissioning
-Report Setup
-On site training
-Energy Services
-Consultant to address controls related issues
It is understood that the service and maintenance provided for herein
does not include damage of any kind due to corrosion, erosion,
electrolytic action, acts of God, power failure and surges, insurrection,
vandalism, riot or any other cause whatever beyond the control of WBSI.
